Thanks to Nico Janssen, PA0DLO, PSAT (object 90720, ULTRASat 1, NORAD ID# 40652) and BRICSat (object 90729, ULTRASat 10, NORAD ID# 40661) have been identified
Also per Nico, the Planetary Society has indicated that LightSail is best matched to object 90271, ULTRASat-2, NORAD ID# 40653 See the excerpts from his email below
Again, thanks to Nico for his quick work

All,
Using detailed doppler shift measurements, I find that PSAT is object 90720, ULTRASat 1, and BRICSat is object 90729, ULTRASat 10
Up-to-date TLE sets for these satellites can be found here: http://mstl atl calpoly edu/~ops/ultrasat/ultrasat_jspoc txt http://mstl atl calpoly edu/~ops/keps/kepler txt https://docs google com/document/d/1o48dswYcTHb-op9ygaKhrizrelMGV9pYcUm0SFmxfS8/pub
This means that PSAT is actually object 40652, 2015-025B, and BRICSat is actually object 40661, 2015-025L, in the JSpOC catalog But Space-Track does not publish TLE sets for these objects
Meanwhile, The Planetary Society suggests that the TLE set for object 90721, ULTRASat 2, gives the best match for LightSail If that is correct, then LightSail is actually object 40653, 2015-025C, in the JSpOC catalog
