Based on detailed doppler measurements, HALELSAT and SOMP 2 have swapped TLE's as follows:

HAVELSAT - NORAD CAT ID 42700 SOMP 2 - NORAD CAT ID 42701 Thanks to Nico Janssen, PA0DLO and Mike, DK3WN Good work gentlemen!

The following satellites have been added:
