[keps] Updates to AMSAT-NA TLE Distribution for 5-31-2018

The Chinese cubesats LONGJIANG 1 (ID 43471) and LONGJIANG 2 (ID 43472) have now reached lunar orbit Therefore, the SpaceTrack TLEs and the normal tracking programs are no longer up to the task See the postings of Nico Janssen, PA0DLO, on AMSAT-BB for a solution to tracking these lunar orbiters

The following cubesat TLEs have been removed from this week's AMSAT-NA TLE distribution:

LONGJIANG 1 - NORAD CAT ID 43471 LONGJIANG 2 - NORAD CAT ID 43472
