The following Amateur Radio satellite has decayed from orbit and has been removed from this week's TLE distribution:

TANYUSHA 2 - NORAD CAT ID 42912 - Decayed 09/08/2019 (per Space-Track)

The following Amateur Radio satellite has been added to this week's TLE distribution:

Taurus 1 - NORAD CAT ID 44530 (per Nico Janssen, PA0DLO)
