[keps] KEPs for ARSSat-1

From: "[RADIOCOMM LIST]" <list.admin@aus-city.com>
Date: August 5th 2011

ARSSat-1 does not have a catalog number as of the date of this email One will be assigned by Air Force Space command in the near future As soon as I can determine the Catalog Number, I will included ARSSat-1 in the weekly AMSAT KEPs

Until then, the KEPs for the ISS (Cat # 25544) will be adequate There is not enough separation, at this time, between ISS and ARSSat-1 to make a big difference

By the way, the FM signal is very strong on an overhead pass and pretty good at AOS
