From: "[RADIOCOMM LIST]" <list.admin@aus-city.com>
Date: December 16th 2011

This week three (and maybe four) satellites launched on 10-28-11 are added to the KEPs distribution They are as follows:

Cat# Name 37853 RAX-2 37854 AUBIESAT-1 (listed as AUBIESAT) 37855 HRBE (formerly EXP1 Prime renamed for William H Hiscock HRBE = Hiscock Radiation Belt Explorer)

Graham, G3VZV, has graciously given us a "heads up" on an explanation for some of the confusion and scratching of heads that has accompied the 10-28-2011 launch Since the launch, there have always been questions of a missing object or of radar cross sections that seemed just to big

The AMSAT-UK news letter, OSCAR News, will publish an article this month with data showing that it is probable that HRBE (formerly Explorer-1 Prime) and M-Cubed are somehow connected! AMAZING! Work continues to determine what exactly has happen Great detective work by Mike Rupprecht, DK3WN!

(Sorry, you have to be a AMSAT-UK member to get the news letter ) http://www uk amsat org/2011/09/29/autumn-oscar-news/
