Japan's PROITERES satellite has been successfully launched from India's ISRO Satish Dhawan Space center on 9-9-12 at 04:23 UTC I have not seem KEPs for this news satellite, but will keep looking See http://www oit ac jp/elc/~satellite/index-e html for details
