TechEdSat3 (Cat # 39415) has decayed and has been removed from the KEP distribution

RS-40 is now Cat # 38735

Thanks to Nico Janssen, PA0DLO, for bringing these changes to my attention (Nico also positively identified AO-73 as Cat # 39444 on 12-17-2013 )
