[keps] Changes to AMSAT-NA KEP Distribtuion for 7-3-2017

As you have noticed the AMSAT KEP Distribution is early this week I will be out of town most of this week so I need to send them today I will return to the normal Thursday night schedule next week

Four satellites from the India PSLV launch of 6-23-2017 have been identified They are as follows:

LituanicaSat - NORAD CAT ID 42768 InflateSail - NORAD CAT ID 42770 Max Valier Sat - NORAD CAT ID 42778 VZLUSAT1 - NORAD CAT ID 42790

The KEP Distribution have been edited to relflect these changes Thanks to Nico Janssen, PA0DLO for this information
