[keps] Changes to AMSAT-NA TLE Distribution for October 10 2019

The identification of the 64 satellites launched by SpaceX SSO-A mission on December 3, 2018 continues The spacing between unidentified satellites has grown enough for positive identification of several additional cubesats

Here are some changes to the AMSAT-NA TLE distribution for this week: (1) Per Space-Track EXCITE is now CAT ID 43819 Non-amateur OBJECT 43819 has been removed from this week's TLE Distribution and CAT ID 43758 has been returned as unidentified OBJECT A

(2) Per Space-Track ICEYE-X2 is now CAT ID 43800 Non-amateur OBJECT 43800 has been removed from this week's TLE Distribution and CAT ID 43761 has been returned as unidentified OBJECT D

(3) Per Space-Track EuCROPIS is now CAT ID 43807 OBJECT 43807 has been removed from this week's TLE Distribution This object was thought to be MinXSS 2 See Item 4 below

(4) MinXSS 2 is now CAT ID 43817

(5) The following object has been identified and added to this week's distribution: Lume 1 - CAT ID 43908 (Launched 12-27-2019 by a Soyuz-2 1a Fregat-M launch vehicle ) Thanks to Nico Janssen, PA0DLO, for Lume 1 update details

(5) The following additional objects have been identified as non-amateur radio satellites and have been removed from this week's distribution: FALCONSAT-6 - CAT ID 43815 (identified by Space-Track, non-amateur) SPACEBEE-6 - CAT ID 43818 (identified by Space-Track, non-amateur) FLOCK 3S 2 - NORAD CAT ID 43821 (identified by Space-Track, non-amateur)
