Does anybody have a dish pointing tp Thaicom 3

One of my mates said that Channel 1 Russia is on Thaicom 3 Freq - 3640 Horizontal Symb - 28066 FEC 3/4 Can somebody confirm this for me Thanks

Um I don't think UBI will use Thaicom 3 for anything. The Old Tarb's owed Thaicom quite a bit of money from what I was told. Globecast use to source stuff via Thai 3...e.g TRT, BVN etc

Ch one Russian got a deal with TV+,not with UBI
