BN & BK are doing fine from what I can see.

I think Satfreak is hinting that something is about to happen to these channels ?? Maybey it has something to do with the court case between UBI and TVPLUS who knows? Will be interesting to see the outcome of that anyway.... following on... Satfreak why you only come here to put UBI down.. How bout being proactive. i.e. lAdvising TVplus subscribers when the blurry picture is going to become clear... i'm sick of wearing these 3 inch spectacles!!! [ 01. Lazer, Media System Gmbh is an Austrian Company based in Vienna. They have Direct links with Pink International Television Company (Pink TV) and they also have their own television studio in Vienna. At one stage a while back they even produced some tv shows from their Vienna studio for the TV Plus satellite channel. They also produce various other types of media (commercials, promos, etc) and put on various programs in popular Vienna Nightclubs which are then shown (either live or taped and shown later) on TV Plus satellite channel. Although not owned by Zeljko Mitrovic (owner of Pink TV), word is he helped with the startup funding costs, and that is why, just about anything Media System do is shown on Pink TV satellite channels. There are some other things that link Media System, Pink TV, and other individuals, but none of them make for interesting reading. As for your other question, the "Applicant" and "Respondent" are the two opposing sides in the court case in these types of litigation. For example, in a criminal or civil case, the two parties would be referred to as the "Plaintiff" and the "Defendant". But I don't see any logic to Media System Gmbh & RTV BN being respondents. Thanks for the reply Paja Yeh doesnt make sence to me either why RTV BN and Media Systems GMBH are both Repondent and Applicant Should't they just be the Applicants along with TV PLUS

fuck mate... I almost feel like rallying up people to hold off signing up to TV+ (if they would for any reason have the intention in the first place, considering the appalling quality of their, so called, service) if for nothing else then to starve them out of business. There is nothing more I hate than arrogance! Oh and Satfreak, I am disappointed in you, from the aspect of your sly, cunning remarks! Well when that happens Satfreak UBI will go one way, Tv Plus can go the other But what will not change is the fact that When all this shit happened and and Around the time when TV plus was formed some coward with extreme skills of the internet masking his ip's so they can't be backtraced abused me, That I can handle but abused My wife and kids and told me in Serbia during the war this is what we do with kids. What a low life, I have been on forums for 9 Years and I never have experienced this. Now as we all know we can't accuse anyone because of the way things are today but I can tell you if it was not for the Trouble between UBI and TV Plus the abuse to my family would have never eventuated, So make your own conclusion for the Motivation why a person would go out of there way to do this just because I'm biased towards UBI without being on there payroll. At the end of the day as GOD is my witness I will get my revenge,Again you cannot accuse anyone today because you never know who would have ever done this low act.

this is good indication who has rights to broadcast those channels ....... I bet my ass UBI did not stop it voluntarily .... they were ordered to stop broadcasting and most probably lodged a complaint which will see it's day in court in mid may ......

Yes but I said earlier it could be a blessing for UBI. I'm sick of this shit between both the companies. If the day comes that UBI loses all these channels all the crap between the two companies will stop then I can concentrate what I have to do next. Its the biggest mistake a person has even done to me by bringing my family in this mess.

Tv+ can't survive with just PINK channel... Sounds like they were struggling even before they lost BK TV... I hope BK TV will realise how important is to have a good quality signal at all times...

I went to BKTV website, and said their signal to Australia is broadcasting now through Satellite:Thaicom 3 Orbital position: 78.5 E Frequency: 3520 MHz Polarization: horizontal Symbol rate: 28.066 Msym FEC: 3/4 I cant seem to find this on Lyngsat, does this signal exist? Im pretty sure a few weeks ago on their website it said they were on PAS8 broadcasting but now it says Thaicom

on the BKTV site neva said anything about PAS8 TV PLUS that details for the thaicom 3 signal is from the TARBS Days hence its not there anymore

So what is happening now people with TV plus are paying $60 for how many channels??

BK has left Globecast and that was the feed that TV Plus were using.

Globecast USA who were providing BKTV to TV PLUS have lost the rights to it as u can see here www.globecastwtv.com it has been removed i have heard that Dish Network in the USA has got a hold of it
