Since yesterday, no arabic channel is available (I also found that turkish channels as well not available, while macedonian exists?).<br /><br />I called UBI yesterday and they said that the engineers are working to fix this problem and that it will be fixed around mid day tomorow (which is today). the boxes just need to recieve the update a few changes are happening now
People who've paid for the service, it's been 2 -3 days still have no channels, and they still remain quiet and searching for a solution in this form.first of all , that not the place to search for a solution, for the people who were affected. This country has consumer affair to deal with these problems.This should be an example for new coming customers.
mr_mixer,<br /><br />Not sure where your getting 2-3 days but try like 28 hours.<br /><br />If you have Black Screen:<br /><br />- Unplug your decoder from the power point for 60sec<br /><br />- Switch on and then leave the decoder on Stand By (Red Light) for 60sec<br /><br />This should fix the problem.<br /><br />As per the UBI Terms & Condiditions it states:<br /><br />3.2 We shall not liable to you for any delay or interruption of the Service, changes in programming or any programming errors.

The problem has been fixed as of midday today.<br /><br />Just put your IRD on standby for 60sec
