PBS New sports channel - AUS-CITY Message Forums

Yes typo by me (PSN) At the moment they have a tv guide showing what sports are on in the next few days.

Who is this apsattv? Does he work for TV plus or another pay TV company?.

Now as you know any typical newspaper or magazine has reporters that report on current stories and preferably they like muddy and messy stories as they sell plenty of papers or magazines. But I must admit he has an eye on UBI but says nothing about anything of the problems of Murdochs empire.

Its interesting because of the fact that this is the 2nd sports channel from that part of the world. though I expect its assembled in Australia at UBI HQ. I'm sure Phill can rememember the one that was run from Nauru.

A Sports channel is a must for any Pay TV platform and PBS is no different.

I think Alpha know what there doing as The feed UBI are using is a dedicated feed for UBI to use only as they switch it off and on when they want If someone has a problem with it they will do something about it but doesnt seem anybody cares besides you <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="images/icons/default/rolleyes.gif" />

Well then Alpha themselves are risking losing their G.P broadcast rights for Greece then. But why isn't someone at UBI switching it off when it comes through? As for who cares about it Channel 10 won't be happy at paying out big $ for the G.P rights for Australia only to have UBI rebroadcasting it via Alpha.

Because I'm getting sick of the way you are using this forum to continually bash anything that UBI or PBS does.You have a fine line and you know not to cross it but I think enough is enough and I've had enough of this one eyed approach you take which is only against anything that UBI or PBS does

channel 10 doesnt have F1 exclusive, therefore thats why alpha is allowed to broadcast it

I will say it AGAIN since when does Alpha have the rights to broadcast it IN AUSTRALIA gee this is going way over some peoples heads. just forget it..

its not an exclusive thing why shouldnt they have rights...

If it isn't exclusive to channel Ten ( I shall check that out)ALPHA still has to pay big $$$$$ if they want to broadcast it in Australia Somehow i don't see Alpha handing over money to broadcast the g.p race to Australia. Can you see them doing that? Alpha does have have the rights to broadcast the G.p in Greece. Anyway I think Phill wants this thread to finish So let's leave it for the moment as its gone off topic (my fault?)
