I think you'll find that there busy with the changeover to IR2 at the moment most likely more channels will come online when IR2 is fully implemented to all subscribers as 12452 is on but nothing on it yet proberly waiting to add it to the network after IR2 is online with all there transponders

yes IR2 swap was their priority, and probably will still be in the next couple of months.
