Mr Boulos expended so much money upgrading the system but his customer care centre is letting him down.Customers waiting up to 3 hours to get somebody to reply and other cases weeks without answers.Shame to his workers.

Weeks without an answer? I don't think so.
Yes the answer times have increased due to people calling to subscribe before encryption.

The reason for the engaged signal is due to the number of people calling to subscribe.
ok i'll try again today, also i noticed they close at 7.30pm not 8pm aest
