iPTR or Iranian Pacific Television and Radio Broacasting is on B-3 Globecast platform where the Ad Hoc channel used to be. At the moment it's only a Test Video and I don't think it'll stay on same channel. But, it's there

Test Screen message:
iPTR Coming Soon !
Contact us: (02) 9763 2525

Most welcome. Thanks to Globecast.
Shame about the poor video quality, very softish and lacking colour and contrast.
Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrggggghhhhh NO,No not again more poor Video quality, If you want to see quality look at the pics on the TAS Mux where Videoland USA lives.
Superb, TV Plus thats what Pink should look like.
I think some of the problem is the source signals is Globecast WORLD TV service in the U.S which looks to be more low bitrate stuff and ntsc so not that hot to start with. Some of it may have gone Pal to NTSC then back to Pal again..

yep thats proberly the same process as why pink looks the same Europe PAL then to USA NTSC then to Australia PAL
Might of just been the content i was watching on it yesterday. Colour looks ok now.
No When it was On UBI I had it on two identical monitors side by side, One monitor was Pink via TV plus, the other was Pink via UBI.A Blind man would have picked the difference. And like I said before and others have asked Satfreak about this problem and he has just by-passed this problem to members of this forum, but he must remember heaps of guest are reading only and reading this problem.
This is a BIG advantage of living in the control panel I can see who is reading what and the guest are reading 95% of anything to do with Pink and its bad picture.
Wrong.
According to IPTR low signal/bit rate is entirely due to fact this is test transmission - service being downlinked in LA from sat over there where it is txd at very low bit rate, then fibred through to Syd.

Permanent point-to-point fibre due according to them next 7-10 days.
So I was right..

"I think some of the problem is the source signals is Globecast WORLD TV service in the U.S which looks to be more low bitrate stuff and ntsc so not that hot to start with.
