A word of warning to all. I will make this very simple. To be selling such a vast amount of boxes, I would be concerned where they have come from. What I can't understand is if these boxes were from the TARBS days and Apsattv was informed about them, why didn't they contact me directly. I would ask simple questions like Where did they come from? They are not stolen boxes ( Ask for some S/N numbers)are they? Have these boxes been modified? etc. I have had a spate of PM's from new members that have bought boxes from E-Bay and they have been modified and thus they will not work and you have no come back. If these boxes were sold here, I would know who would be doing the selling and if they did sell you a modded box, or a defective box, they would have to replace it. Again, the decision is yours, but you make your own opinion. Everyone knows about the Aus-city forums and now the for sale forum, so why in the hell wouldn't they want to contact me, explain the situation. I would set some ground rules and allow them to sell them directly from this forum. I am sorry to say, something does not add up, because I can tell you this, there are hundreds of modified boxes out there and people are trying to get rid of them. THE DECISION IS YOURS.

They're probably coming from Serbs as they're useless to them since there will be no Serbian channels on UBI.

I'll wait few more weeks to see what's in the "U.B.I. I told somebody about 4 months ago about this issue.Wait until selectv is up and running alot of people from spanish speaking background will be contacting Selectv and more boxes will be avaible.

I shall get back to you on this but they are legit un modified units. That were used for Tarbs outside of Australia.

TARBS Decoders from outside of Australia do not work in Australia as the software is different.

Well not much use for them here then if they wont work here

I think, People will use it who they are not need software need only hardware.

Big money involved here Say they sell for $100 each in one go thats total of $60,000 or $50 each thats total $30,000

Seems my post went missing Oh well if they don't work in Australia (according to Liski) they will still be sold off while they are still worth something. They still work for FTA in a way or can be used for parts. Have suggested they be auction on Ebay in lots of 100. I was just there 10 mins ago wow some MDS decoders going for crazy amounts $260+!

I will not allow anyone to sell a large amount of boxes like this without knowing where they have come from.

More poke your head in the sand , denials, it aint happening here.... I am close to the turkish comunity here in melbourne and man how many time i have heard, mate you want tarbs(ubi) for free. I have taken 2 people up on that offer , just waiting for them to come back to me, as i want proof. We shall see if its all bulldust or their is even 1% truth in it. mixo P.s what do you expect liski,phil, lazer to say, they are too one eyed while wearing their rose coloured glasses to notice. P.s.s I think liski knows what is going on, but he aint in any position to verify it , why would he?

Hold on mixo this thread has nothing to do with piracy. These are legit boxs from various people that just want some $ back from when Tarbs went down the tubes Unmodified just they way they were left when Tarbs went off. If it was me I would want to get something back before the units become worthless.

And they will be shut down! what a waste of boxes, Like I said I'm not asking much nor is the person that has asked me WHERE DID THEY COME FROM!!! I find it very strange that the person selling them has not contacted me directly because I would allow them to be sold on this site but this is not the case.
