A U>B>I customer called today to see why thy were getting not authorised channels since saturday last week,I went to check they can only watch TVE and CINELATINO and not other channel,I remaped the channels,force update and nothing changed.I told them to call U.B.i tomorrow morning,I think the card is faulty but I ma not sure.

Tracesat Brisbane,<br /><br />If a customer gets PNA they should call UBI and get a rehit. Most customers call within mintues so they get the channels back within 30mins.<br /><br />Most of the times the reason for PNA is the box forgetting the authroisation and/or a drop in SQ.<br /><br />With the Arabs and Greeks used to get PNA due to them changing the Freq/SR to get the FTA Arabic and ERT of the Globecast transponder.
