Tracesat Brisbane,

If a customer gets PNA they should call UBI and get a rehit. Most customers call within mintues so they get the channels back within 30mins.

Most of the times the reason for PNA is the box forgetting the authroisation and/or a drop in SQ.

With the Arabs and Greeks used to get PNA due to them changing the Freq/SR to get the FTA Arabic and ERT of the Globecast transponder.
