Samantha Bee picked apart President Donald Trump’s firing of FBI director James Comey on Wednesday.
“What a fun time to be alive!” the “Full Frontal” host said at the top of a segment she titled “Our Weekly Constitutional Crisis: What The Fuck Is It This Time?”
In dissecting the “slow-motion clusterfuck of impulsiveness and ineptitude that this White House is famous for,” Bee noted how these kinds of developments had “become normal” during Trump’s presidency.
“This president has wiped his ass with the Constitution so many times the National Archives started leaving passive-aggressive notes asking him to chip in for toilet paper,” she said.
