My recommendation for the delayed transmission is recording each channels on LP DVD Recorders and Re-Trnasmitting them manually as this way is the cheapes solution for UBI. I still remember what sort of _piece of s..t fotocopy" TV_Guides they used to send us to save time and money and it was manually done at that time so why not this time. C'mon guys more brain more ideas for UBI to generate solution for free!
