joe<br />UBI to succeed has to be careful with spiraling cost.<br /><br />Because they have limited staff they are only doing a package at a time, one headache is better than 4.<br />TV Globo is up and waiting on Intelsat 701 and are in negotiations with UBI at the moment.<br />As you know UBI transponders are 98% full and UBI will need another Transponder soon to put all the new channels on eg. Greek and Spanish, but whats taking all their time up is the Balkans headache, that has to be sorted out first before the Greek and the Spanish channels will be considered.<br />Again and you have to agree with this one,,,,one headache one problem has to be solved first before creating another.<br /> <br /> <small>[ 19.
