There is no Service Centre for the MDS IRDs. If the IRD is faulty then you will need to purchase a new IRD to watch the UBI channels when encrypted.<br /><br />Call UBI and they can provide you a list of Preferred Installers in Perth which can help you with a new IRD.<br /> <br /> <small>[ 08.
