At the risk of diverging from the subject of this thread, I will answer you comment “+” (Or whatever you name is).<br /><br />Ex Yugoslavia, was what it was because the USA and partially Europe wanted it to be.<br />That fraze “everyone in ex Yu lived happily while under Tito…bla, bla”, is a whole load of shit!<br /><br />I know you folk that have been living there can’t (or don’t) want to realise that you have been living a life in a big lie for so long. What good life? What happier life?<br />Do you really think that Yugoslavia had such a good economy and everyone was able to get paid “a good wage” because the firm they worked in was profitable? Wake up boy! Yugoslavia has been given big development loans (that they haven’t paid off yet and perhaps, never will). That loan has been split into 6<strong>equal</strong> pieces and handed out to the republics. Instead of using that money to develop the country, they used to subsidise peoples pays! Sure it was “great”. Rock up to work or don’t, does not really matter. Take a couple of month’s sick leave to do your crops? Sure, no problem. Who cares about work. You could afford to go on holidays to the Adrantic sea... and all that. There is a big <strong>but</strong> here, though.<br />There came a day when the repayments had to be made to the countries that had given Yu the loan. This is when shit starts happening.<br /><br />That Tito, couldn’t give a rats **** about the state of the economy. In fact, he made sure that the countries Dinar goes to buggery. He, in fact hated Serbs guts! Even when creating Yugoslavia he made sure Serbia was further divided into a smaller Serbia and two provinces: Kosovo and Vojvodina. “These are just administrative borders”, he said. “Don’t think of them as borders of splitting people apart. Think of them as borders joining people together”, he uttered, explaining why he cut half of Serbia off and attached it to Croatia and Bosnia & Hercegovina. Ever asked yourself “Why is there a Republika Srpska and a Kraina?”. This is why! That communist bastard was tailoring a map that suited him! This is just the beginning.
