Well now that the inappropriate censorship has been stopped, I am making available the original comments made to me, and the original response I made to those comments, which by the way where replaced with the words "OFF TOPIC" within minutes.

Originally posted in post above before it was edited out:
========================================

And this was my reply that was censored:
========================================

Very observant of you I must say. Yes I am online all the time. Would you like to know why that is?

I work in I.T. in front of many PCs everyday, and at work I use Firefox 1.5, with many tabs that open automatically by default on launch, and which also uses a custom script that refreshes all tabs every 20 minutes, as most of the tabs contain local Intranet sites that I need to be refreshed frequently for my work, and as a consequence many websites I also may have open, are also auto-refreshed, there-by causing the forum's "recent visitors list" to list me most of the time, even though I may visit the site on average once a day.

So in future I'd suggest thinking really hard before accusing people of "having too much time on their hands", especially when these people are legitimate, paying customers of the company you represent, work for, and who pay you for what I assume is customer relations.

I cannot believe that someone who works for UBI would attack its customer's in such a demeaning way. Unlike others at the forum, I have had no problem with any thing you have said thus far, nor have I had a reason to bad-mouth UBI or the former TARBS, as many of the older members here do from time to time, or in some cases all the time.

I can tell you that if I, or any other employee at my place of work, went onto our public support forums and made such comments to our customers, we would be fired without a question asked. Instant dismissal.

I would like to think you are mature enough NOT to censor this post, like you have others, as it is simply a reply to your unwarranted accusation of a reply, to what was nothing but a simple question and a comment from a paying customer.

RATLSNAKE

P.S. I haven't spoken to UBI since signing up, and have never complained to them on the phone, although something like this could warrant it.

It was later replaced with this:
========================================

OFF TOPIC

And before it was locked, I managed to state this:
========================================

It is no more off topic than your post above, and I believe after that display of unprofessionalism I will ring and complain to UBI about this conduct.

========================================

As you can see I was attacked by a representative of a company I pay money to for a service, simply because I asked when a channel would come online seeing as it had been stated as "Coming Soon" for months.

Imagine the result if I had attaced UBI like others do here?

RATLSNAKE

[ 23.
