MrezaPlus on English means: NetworkPlus. MrezaPlus is made of five TV stations based in Bosnia and they just exchange TV shows between them.

eg;
The Simpsons are broadcast on ATV based in Banja Luka (North West Bosnia) and only viewers from that region can watch it. MrezaPlus provide retransmission to all the shows throught its network so viewers of RTV Mostar (very south of Bosnia) are able to see all the shows and vice versa.

Hope this helps.
