Why? Because it'll get people to re-point their dish from Optus B3 back to PAS8. It's a long-term game. Remember Phil you did the same in early UBI days, you encouraged people to move from PAS8 to Optus B3. Once on PAS8 it'll be very hard to get people to move again in any direction. Smart move.
