Having subscribed to Russian Channels with Horizon World + Tv on PAS8 , I was surprised to find they are prompt and most helpful. <br />1. Checked compatability with their Irdeto card with my proposed future purchase of Manhattan 350. They put me through to their Tech who gave me the all clear. (Receiver suitable)<br />Once I received their card I needed to ring them to get card activated. Rang 6.30 pm one night and got answering machine.(Thought no hope till the next morning .) To my amazement with 5 minutes got call back and card activated in 30 seconds. <br /><br />2. Today 9th November woke up 7 am to find 3 channels breaking up and unwatchable. Rang once I got to work to see WTF was going on. They told me service was reset at 9am and everything was back to normal. A quick call to the Missus <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/default/smile.gif" /> confirmed service back to normal around 9am.<br /><br /> <br />A pay service that actually does not treat you like a number.<br /><br />A++ Plus .for customer service. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/default/smile.gif" />
