The Select Tv prospectus, looks like just another prospectus to me. I do not see them as slandering TARBS or UBI at all. If they did, then they would be liable for legal action and defamation cases. They merely depicted an overview and history of what has happened in the past. This is part of the process of informing potential investors of the intrinsic business dynamics faced by the industry itself. They are obliged by ASIC to provide an accurate and informative prospectus before they list. Infact, the prospectus would have been audited by ASIC themselves. In other words ASIC must audit and OK a prospectus before it is issued. There are severe penalties for providing misleading and false information in a prospectus. The consequences for corporations can be very harsh if they do not abide by the rules. ASIC really does lay down the law.
