For assistance with this particular problem you will need to directly contact the manufacturer of the product. <br /> <br />If you have contacted the manufacturer of the product and they have completed industry standard troubleshooting and referred you to Microsoft, please reply to this message, outlining in as much detail as possible the steps that were taken before you were directed to Microsoft.<br /><br />** I then replied with a not so nice reply!! and the response was....<br /> <br />snip> <br />Unfortunately we are unable to assist you in getting Echolink to function which is why you need to firstly contact the manufactures of the product. The manufacture may be aware of this issue and have a patch to correct it.<br /> <br />The only support that we are able to office is in removing the SP2 update.<br /> <br />Please let me know what you decide.
