MTS � Music TV Station is a new music and entertainment TV station intended for digital, cable and satelite distribution. MTS has the biggest archive of ex-Yugoslav music with over ten thousand video recordings � music videos, concert footage, TV programmes. MTS is intended, above all, for viewers in the countries of the former Yugoslavia, but parts of the channel have been internationalized and are available to viewers in other continents via satelite. MTS is a channel dominated by short TV and films in a flexible programming schedule which constantly surprises viewers. In addition to music, MTS also broadcasts films, documentaries, entertainment, cultural-arts programmes and sports news, but chosen and formatted in accordance with the basic concept of an ambitious music channel. MTS is an experiment in programming and technology which unfolds by constantly producing fresh new TV formats together with the application of state-of-the-art digital television and telecommunication equipment and new production techniques.
