Things are getting funnier. As instructed we paid the bill at the post office and filled out another direct debit form and faxed it.

Then guess what happened? I realised UBI direct debitted another $60 on the due date as well. We paid $124 in total in April. Now, they claim they didn't direct debitted anything even though I can see it in my online banking with reference number and everything.
