Regarding http://www.aus-city.com/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=34137#Post34137The Greek courts today has dismissed the case against Mike Boulos, Regina Boulos and UBI and were critical of Comart/ERT/SelecTV. More details and full judgement will be released shortly. UBI has been advised by its legal team to commence legal proceedings against Comart and SelecTV in Australia and Greece immediately.
