Yes solicitors are another issue. Now that I look back if I had got a decent solicitor in the first place (the likes of Terry O'Gorman) I believe this would haven have gone so far as it did.
I do sincerely believe that some solicitors are ignorant in the ways of dealing with docs and just how to play their game. I personally think you need to spoon feed your solicitor and tell them (in writing too) just what to do. etc.
Hind sight is a good thing - but now I can use it to help others.
