Its simple
Pine Rivers is one hell of a fucked office and it needs to be investigated by an independent body which conveniently we don't have.
Child Safety is just about the only Department that investigates its own Department and this is not on.
As for the others that rate high like Mermaid Beach, Labrador, Roma, Woodridge, Ipswich they just happen to be the same offices with Pine Rivers that I have read complaints about on news groups.
For the other polls we all knew that Child Safety would win in the Unfairly treated, Unprofessional Manner but like you said the last one has me stumped
as their must be a few cops out there with whats left of their conscience to warn people that child safety are on the nose.
