Yes, I must agree about the SCAN team. They are involved in every child's case that is under the age of 5yo.
I received through FOI information from the police officer from SCAN that came to my house. I note that the information given to the police officer was missing data so that it was rather pointed against me, the mother.
It is all rather interesting.
