A few of the Amateur sats have SSTV (Slow scan TV) and the ISS is setup for it will be soon. The last I heard there isn't any Ham sats presently doing SSTV though. WebberSat or AO-18 was the last sat, (I think) that had a store and forward SSTV setup.
