hey guys,
got a 327 chev in a 71 hq monaro and having problems with fuel. 327 has been stripped and cleaned fresh internals, crow cam, 650 holley etc etc. the problem is as soon as the motor is hot enough fuel will start to disappear from the glass filter we got in between the stock pick up and the stock mechanical fuel pump then obviously it'll cut out. it oftens cuts out when idling (no problems when on the highway). just wondering if anyone out there can please help me out. this is driving me crazy.
