Well Cathy what can I say, do you know in the last few years we in Brisbane have had 2 deaths by bouncers or what they call croud controllers in the exact same manor, one punch, the guy falls over, hits his head on the pavement, and dies. And whats disturbing is that in both cases both of these arseholes got off, they where not charged with murder, not even manslaughter and to rub salt into the dead man's family this bouncer went back to work back in the same pub <br /><br />I dont know what wrong with this country, to many lawyers or madness, put it this way if you shot someone and killed them because of a domestic you will get life or reduced prison term around 20 years, but if you are drunk and or on drugs and you have a good lawyer and you drove your car over the same person and killed him in a domestic situation and when in court you pleaded temporary insanity and tell the Judge you were sexually abused by a Alien you will get a very reduced sentence.<br />Another thing that bothers me is If a young man kills an older man or women his get a paltry sentence, but if its the other way around the older person kills a young person he gets life, or if a man badly injures a child he gets life, what in the fuck is going on? By the look of it we must have a use by date meter on the value of life, if your old and you get murdered by a young person <br /> thats not too bad, thats why they only sentence the young offender to a light sentence. REASON: WELL BY THE LOOK OF IT IF YOU ARE AN OLDER PERSON YOU DON'T HAVE LONG TO LIVE ANYHOW.<br />Now about these Bouncers: most are all the same they get off bashing people, yes they love it , It's a get off thing, in other words THEY FUCKING ENJOY BASHING PEOPLE THAT CAN'T DEFEND THEMSELVES. I personally have a friend in Sydney that was bright and when in a Western Sydney League Club one night he was approched by a bouncer and the bouncer put the hard word on his girlfriend, he objected and spoke to the management about this matter. After the club closed in the car park he was bashed, Nobody saw shit, the security cameras somehow were not working, he lay in Hospital for 6 months and till today he has a slurred speech and cannot be employed. What happened to the bouncers that bashed him? NOTHING!!!.<br />Now I am concerned about this lastest SCUMBAG piece of shit of that killed David Hookes? Will he get off on the same technicality, "IT WASN'T THE PUNCH THAT KILLED HIM, ITS WHEN HE HIT HIS HEAD ON THE PAVEMENT" what a lot of shit, AGAIN If you own firearms you are licenced, your weapon's are registered, but a boxer or martial arts trained invisible weapons (HIS HANDS OR FEET)don't have to be, I have said this before and Police records prove this, there is a massive increase in assults on people from "X" Boxers or Martial Arts trained people, the average person cannot hit someone in the head hard enough to cause injury or even knock them out, BUT SOMEONE THAT HAS TRAINED TO PUNCH OR KICK A PERSON IN THE HEAD WILL KILL OR MAME THAT PERSON BECAUSE THERE PUNCH OR KICK IS EQUIVELANT TO THE AVERAGE PERSON USING A LUMP OF 4 BY 2 TIMBER DOING THE SAME.<br />My opinion is all these bouncers and have you noticed lots of them come from Eastern Europian decent, all of them through out the country must be controlled by police or a seperate body, They must be trained as 99% of the police are today to arrest a situation or resist but not to retaliate and definitely not to chase a person across the road to punch his head in . If a police officer did that today he would lose his job ( By the way Police used to do that 20 years ago as told to me by an "ex" cop friend of mine).<br />This is a thug industry and they are getting away with it and us Australians that DON'T Believe in retaliation will continue to let them get away with it and its about time that these losers that pick on happy people that go through a life NEVER being involved in any fight be put away one way or another. For me the LAW is an "ASS", What a FUCKING joke.
