Hi all <br /><br />Has anyone had any trouble with this company I CENTRAL http://www.i-central.com.au <br /><br />I had ordered and paid for a High definition Xbox Cable (buy direct debit this I will not do again) around this time last year.<br /><br />I had made contact with this company by email and phone and was getting the run-around from them so gave up and cut my losses <br /><br /><br />But on the 27 /01 /05 I received an email asking for feedback about there site and that they have now a forum I thought to my self that this could be a good chance to get my money back or get what I have paid for so I sent them a email back but did not get a response <br /><br />So I thought I will post my concerns on there forum then I received a phone call from troy asking me the details of my complaint and that he will have this fixed today .<br /><br />Troy said that he did not Know that I was waiting for this product or where to source the product I found this very disturbing as it was a product on there web site at the time I purchased it so I told him what I was after and he said he will take care of it .<br /><br /><br />He called back saying that he cannot find this product I did a quick search with goggle and I found it not problems I emailed this to him and still have not got a response<br /><br />This problem has still not been rectified to date <br /><br /><br />And some one with accesses to the I central forum has also edited my post so as to favour I central with my name attached this very dishonest practice by the individual concerned <br />You can tell that my post has been altered as now it talks about a video card this is odd as I had order a x box cable not a video card <br /><br />And then troy posts this reply “Jason I have been looking everywhere for this product with no joy. <br />Could you please post the item so maybe someone can shed some light on it? <br />As soon as we identify the supplier it's a home run. <br />At some stage someone here loved Xbox and up went a heap of Xbox gear on the website. Enough said. Let's find it. <br />Either post it up - SMS it to 0403511754 - or email it. <br />The suppliers I have spoken to so far have no idea what I am talking about.... which makes sense because I've never even so much as used an Xbox ...
