Light magnitude 4.6 quake hits 13 km south of Ambunti, Papua New Guinea early morning

Just 16 minutes ago, a 4.6-magnitude earthquake struck near Ambunti, Ambunti-Dreikikir, East Sepik Province, Papua New Guinea. The tremor was recorded early morning on Wednesday 13 January 2021 at 3:08 am local time, at an intermediate depth of 125 km below the surface.
The event was filed by Indonesia's Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysical Agency (BMKG), the first seismological agency to report it.
