Did you have cross-play enabled? Yes
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Don't know
What happens when the bug occurs? I appear offline to my friends from other platforms and they can't invite me to an online lobby
What do you expect to see? ‌ As you can see in the images, my friends appear on the EA app but not in the game.
