Small magnitude 3.8 quake hits 39 km north of Valparaiso, Chile in the morning

Just 19 minutes ago, a 3.8-magnitude earthquake struck near Valparaiso, Provincia de Valparaíso, Region de Valparaiso, Chile. The tremor was recorded in the morning on Monday, July 10th, 2023, at 11:37 am local time, at a shallow depth of 27 km below the surface.
The event was filed by the citizen-seismograph network of RaspberryShake, the first seismological agency to report it.
Our monitoring service identified a second report from the German Research Centre for Geosciences (GFZ) which listed the quake at magnitude 4.6.
