Goa nightclub co-owners Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra were apprehended by Thai police in Phuket after fleeing India following a deadly fire. Their passports were suspended, facilitating their detention and impending deportation back to India. Indian agencies are working to bring the brothers back by week's end.
