An earthquake of magnitude 4.3 occurred only 13 minutes ago 31 miles northeast of Big Spring, Texas, United States, the United States Geological Survey reported.
The quake hit at a very shallow depth of 4 miles beneath the epicenter near Big Spring, Howard County, Texas, USA, early morning on Monday, January 26th, 2026, at 4:22 am local time. The exact magnitude, epicenter, and depth of the quake might be revised within the next few hours or minutes as seismologists review data and refine their calculations, or as other agencies issue their report.
