For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W:

Western East Pacific (EP95):
A broad low pressure trough located well southwest of the southern
tip of the Baja California Peninsula is producing an elongated area
of disorganized showers and thunderstorms. Gradual development of
this system is likely during the next couple of days, and a tropical
depression is likely to form by the middle of this week while the
system moves generally northwestward and then northward.
Environmental conditions are forecast to become less conducive by
the end of the week, ending its chances of development.
