000 ACPN50 PHFO 201140 TWOCP Tropical Weather Outlook NWS Central Pacific Hurricane Center Honolulu HI Issued by NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 200 AM HST Mon Jul 20 2026 For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W: Active Systems: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Elida, located well west of the southern tip of the Baja California Peninsula, and on Tropical Storm Fausto, located several hundred miles west-southwest of southwestern Mexico. South of Hawaii: Showers and thunderstorms associated with a trough of low pressure located well south of the Hawaiian Islands remain disorganized.
