Haryana Police have arrested an associate of Anil Pandit, believed to be the mastermind of the attack. The suspects reportedly received incentives to carry out the shooting and were found operating in Mumbai. Investigators are examining the use of an app for coordinating the incident and identifying additional individuals involved.
