I call to UBI to find what is going on whith this channel and a Lady said that nobody knows in the about it. Then try next Monday to see what's happennig.....?<br /><br />Any of you in the "know" knows what is happening to channel 39? been showing a Technical Difficulties message for more than 48 hours.<br /><br />Would be good to know what's happening.<br /><br />Thanks
